Our Pro Activator liquid is designed to harden and cure the dip powder after base & dip layers are applied.

Directions: Apply Pro Activator generously to the nail surface after you've finished with your base & dip powder layers. Let dry, and proceed with filing and buffing. Refer to instructions for further information!

Ingredients: Ethyl Acetate, 2-Methylbenzothiazole
