Our Pro Base liquid is designed to smoothly apply dip layers in combination with our dip powders.

Directions: After prep, apply in thin layers and dip into our dip powder. Repeat 2-3 times or as necessary to your preference, then continue with Pro Activator when done. Refer to instructions for further information!
